Whether you are a casual runner, church league “baller”, high school baseball player, senior league bowler, collegiate tennis player, powerlifter, professional football player, or stay at home parent – all have a couple things in common. Nagging, annoying aches, pains and soreness that we all experience no matter the level of training or fitness. Through this resource we will share treatment information on an array of musculoskeletal treatments and therapies including; cryotherapy, electrical stimulation, thermotherapy, intermittent compression, manual therapy and more.

By using our skill set in patient care and communication, we hope to ensure that every client feels like they are the athletes that we have worked with for years. Using our expertise in these types of therapies will allow Recovery Day to give you the best treatment possible to ensure your well-being and hope to feel recovered.
