Journey To Healing

All too often we get the same few questions at Recovery Day.

People will tell us how good they feel and then immediately after they will ask how often they should get treatment. In an ideal world, we would see all of our clients twice a week (hint hint: why we created memberships-you save money!). But we do understand that not everyone has the money to set aside for treatment this often.

Instead, our favorite saying is to just me mindful of your body. The human body is incredibly intelligent and it will make its needs known, if you choose to listen. The most important part of the healing process is to begin care, continue care until you feel better, AND continue even when you feel amazing. That’s the secret to a healthy body and happy muscles.
