Recovery Day is proud to offer our services during the Freedom Games CrossFit event this Saturday in Greenwood!

Each year, CrossFit Greenwood puts on these games in remembrance of a fallen hero from South Carolina. The purpose of the event is to honor and show respect to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom here in the U.S. CrossFit Greenwood will select a fallen solider to honor at the competition and family members will be in attendance to be honored as well! Donations and a portion of the registration fee goes to a charity of the family’s choice. What better honor that to help those who are honoring some of our finest!
